PAYMENT, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

Colorintells.com wants to inform you about the payment, refund, and exchange policies to provide you with better service and an excellent shopping experience. These policies apply only to purchases on colorintells.com. Colorin Tells is not responsible for products purchased from other companies’ stores.

PAYMENT METHODS

Colorin Tells accepts payments by credit card, debit card, transfer, and cash via the services of Paypal and Mercado Pago.

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

These points should be clear when managing a return or exchange:

1. It must be a new book or product, as used products do not have a legal warranty.
2. Request the legal warranty within 30 days after product delivery.
3. The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and must be returned in the original packaging.

REASONS FOR EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN

The reasons for requesting the exchange of the received product and/or book are:

• If the new product has a defect, or the book arrived in poor condition, a new purchase will be made from the original supplier and sent to the customer at no additional cost. If there is no more stock availability, the full amount will be refunded according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
• The product or book does not match what was published and acquired by the customer.
• Non-compliance with dispatch deadlines established at the time of purchase.

HOW CAN I MANAGE THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

To start the return or exchange process, send an email to colorin@colorintells.com.

Colorintells.com will arrange for the product to be picked up at our warehouse through the corresponding courier, after coordination with the customer.

In case of a refund, it will be made through a credit to the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, within a maximum period of five business days.
